Private Piano Lessons with Annamarie Cockreham
STUDIO POLICY
Learning to play piano is an exciting and enriching activity. It is also one that requires a serious commitment to practice daily and to attend weekly lessons. Piano playing is Fun and with consistent practice comes incredible progress! Incredible progress brings great joy to music making! My goal is to instill a lifetime of enjoyment and appreciation of music to you!
- The 2024-2025 Studio Season will begin August 19, 2024 and conclude May 23, 2025. Tuition will include 34 private lessons and up to 5 performance opportunities throughout the calendar year. Additional student activities include FSMTA Student Day and Florida Federation Music Club Auditions. These activities are additional to the annual tuition and offer more performance opportunities.
- Tuition for the year will be $1,275.00 for a 30 minute private lesson, $1,912.50 for a 45 minute private lesson or $2,550.00 for a 60 minute private lesson. The number of lessons per month will vary. Please refer to the Annual Studio Calendar.
- Lesson fees remain low due to division into 10 equal payments. Tuition is due by the first lesson of each of the 10 months of the studio year (August-May). Any Materials, Books, Registration Fees are also due at the same time. Monthly tuition is non-refundable. Checks may be payable to Annamarie Cockreham. Zelle is the preferred payment, which is free with most banks, by using my email:ascjc@bellsouth.net
- There will be a $35.00 fee on any check returned.
- No refund or credit is given for missed or cancelled lessons. Any instructor cancelled lesson will be rescheduled.
The following guidelines for in-person lessons will be enforced to help keep us both healthy.
- Make sure that your hands are clean, fingernails are clean and trimmed.
- Please enter the studio at your scheduled lesson time.
- Please use hand sanitizer as you enter the studio available on top of the music cabinet.
- If a sneeze sneaks up, or a student needs to blow their nose, the student will be required to sanitize their hands before resuming their lesson and touching the piano.
- Please use the bathroom before leaving your home. The restroom in my home will be only used in an emergency.
